TERMS AND CONDITIONS — GETADVISORAI (ADF SYSTEM)


Governing Jurisdiction: Montreal, Quebec, Canada


1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

Words where the first letter is capitalized have defined meanings under these Terms. These definitions apply regardless of singular or plural use.

1.2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to GetAdvisorAI, a business operating in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, specializing in patient acquisition systems for medical aesthetic clinics.

“ADF System” refers to the Company’s proprietary Adaptive Dialogue Framework, which includes instant lead response automation, qualification workflows, reactivation campaigns, email/SMS automation, AI-assisted conversations, human setter/hybrid workflow design, CRM setup, and related patient acquisition systems.

“Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to the Med Spa, Aesthetic Clinic, or authorized decision-maker entering this Agreement and using the ADF System services.

“Service” means all marketing, automation, CRM configuration, consulting, training, system setup, or management provided by GetAdvisorAI, including but not limited to the ADF System.

“Guarantee” refers to the Company’s performance guarantee described within these Terms, and is subject to Client Responsibilities and Eligibility Requirements.

“Onboarding Period” refers to the first three (3) days after signing the Agreement.

“Website” refers to http://getadvisorai.com/


2. Acknowledgment

By using our Services, You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree, You may not use or purchase the Service.

You represent that You:

are at least 18 years old,

are the business owner or authorized decision-maker,

own/operate a Med Spa or Aesthetic Clinic.

These Terms govern all Service delivery for the ADF System, including the Guarantee.


3. Guarantee — Eligibility and Conditions

The GetAdvisorAI ADF System Guarantee means:

If the ADF System does not help your med spa generate a minimum of 15–30 new paying patients per month (based on agreed KPIs), We will continue working for free until those results are achieved.

However, this Guarantee applies only when the Client fulfills all responsibilities listed below.


4. Client Responsibilities (Required for Guarantee)

To qualify for the Guarantee and ensure system performance, the Client must meet all requirements outlined below.

4.1 Complete Onboarding Within 3 Days

Within 72 hours of signing, Client must:

Complete all onboarding forms & questionnaires

Attend (or reschedule) the onboarding call

Provide all requested business details

Approve initial messaging and automation scripts

4.2 Provide Required Access Within 72 Hours

Client must grant full access to:

CRM (if applicable)

Website for chat widget installation

Calendar/booking system

Phone/SMS system

Email sender domain (DNS access if needed)

Facebook Ads Manager + Business Manager

Facebook Page

Instagram Account

Any other platform required to deliver the ADF System

Failure to provide access within 72 hours voids the guarantee.


4.3 Maintain Minimum Lead Flow

Client must maintain:

At least 100 new leads per month, OR

Approve running paid ads through GetAdvisorAI’s media buyer, OR

Allow ADF to run reactivation campaigns on existing CRM lists

If the Client limits or restricts lead flow, the Guarantee is void.


4.4 Respond to Hot Leads Promptly

Client must:

Call high-intent leads within 10 minutes, OR

Allow GetAdvisorAI’s setter to handle responses

Not delay communication with leads

Slow responses lead to lost conversions and void the guarantee.


4.5 Approve Messaging and Creative Within 72 Hours

Client must approve:

SMS flows

Email flows

AI conversation scripts

Reactivation campaigns

Ads (if applicable)

Delays beyond 72 hours impact performance and void the guarantee.


4.6 Attend Weekly Performance Calls

Client must attend or reschedule:

Weekly optimization calls

Monthly strategy calls

Any additional required meetings

Missing more than 2 calls in a month voids the guarantee.


4.7 Follow Recommendations

Client agrees to implement operational recommendations from GetAdvisorAI, specifically regarding:

Adding calendar availability

Optimizing hours of operation

Updating pricing/packaging when necessary

Improving front-desk coordination

Updating CRM setup as suggested

Ignoring recommendations voids the guarantee.


5. Exclusions From Guarantee

The Guarantee does not apply if:

Client refuses to run paid ads when recommended

Client pauses campaigns

Client changes hours or becomes unavailable

Client fails to provide access or approvals

Client has severe reputation issues (bad reviews, unresolved complaints)

Client delays or blocks workflow implementation

Client refuses diagnostic instructions or optimization

Client’s staff mishandles leads or fails to follow communication scripts


6. Payments and Refunds

All payments made for the ADF System are non-refundable.

Setup fees are non-refundable.

The Guarantee covers extended work, not refunds.


7. Limitation of Liability

Your exclusive remedy is limited to the amount paid or $100 CAD if no purchase was made.

GetAdvisorAI is not liable for:

Loss of revenue

Loss of patients

Business interruptions

Staff errors

Third-party software issues

Changes to Meta/Google policies

Lead quality variations


8. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement immediately if:

You breach these Terms

You behave abusively towards staff

You repeatedly fail to meet Client Responsibilities

Upon termination, all access to systems is revoked.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
